page layout

hi,

You see on this forum INDEX, how the actual forum table is inside the darker blue with the white border?

this is hard to type down but i want to know how that is done. I've been trying many ways and i can always easily do this on normal layouts but never on a vBulletin! :(

I want to place my forum inside that darker page so it looks neat and centered.

can anyone tell me how to do this please.
