How do I allow registered users to post public events?

In the forum FAQ it says:

How do I use the calendar?
There are three types of events on the calendar: public events, private events and birthdays.

Public events are entered by the administrator or moderators, and are viewable by anybody. The administrator may have enabled registered members to post public events, but usually this is not the case.

I looked all over in the AdminCP and I couldn't find it. Can somebody help me out on where I would enable it so users can post public events?

Open your Admin Panel-->Click Modify, under the User Groups section-->Click Edit, under your Registered Usergroup-->Scroll down to Calendar Permissions section, and select the "yes" option under the (Can post Public events on Calendar)...
