Display Thread??
 
I don't know I this can be done....
But I want to display a thread.....
Kinda confusing to explain....
But take a look at my forum....

I want it that when you click the "Forum Rules" it displays a page/thread with the rules....
Not another forum that I can put threads in...
If someone can tell me how to do this...
Anyone's help appreciated...
