Speed Up Loading of Table

Hey Everyone,

Quick question: On my forum it seems to take an extra few seconds to complete the loading of my forum table. It's strange, but I was wanting to know how I can get it to speed up to the same extent of vb.org

maybe you have unnecaserry scripts in your headinclude cause of hacks, too much queries to run what you can reduce, it can be alot...
