[Question] - How to code forum style in PSD format

Like the title says, how would someone go about coding a vBulletin style in PSD format to a useable style? If I knew this, I would be releasing loads of more vB styles for free :).

Erm, make slices of your psd.
Then add the slices in html tables and paste them in the templates.
