Usergroups
 

OK, I have searched everywhere, and can't find this, which means either I haven't looked hard enough or it's so easy no-one has bothered to make a thread on it.

I want to allow certain usergroups to gain post counts in forums that have post counting disabled for other users. So that Spammers can't gain posts in things like 'Introduction' forums.

Any clues?

Yes - disable post count counting in the intro forum all together.

I already did that :) That wasn't what I ment.

I was looking for something to only allow some members to gain posts in spesific forums.

It's for a new forum.

Like some members in random? Or allowing different usergroups? Like "newbies" usergroup won't have post increases but say "regulars" would have post increase?

I was thinking more, for things like RPGs and board new forums where there are some people there officially and others are just there to boast their post count. So not making it impossible for ordinary users to post, but if they do they then it won't count in their posts.
