This simple hack gives moderators the following additional features:

Find members by email
View members by usergroup
View recently registered members within a specified time
IP searching

Finding members via email works just like in the AdminCP. They can enter all or part of an email and it will return any matches.

Viewing members by usergroup simply lists all of the members of the chosen usergroup. This can be useful if your mods want to view the banned by moderator group or any other custom groups you may have.

Viewing recently registered members lets you specify how many days worth of members to show. This can have many uses. On my forum the mods like to see how active the registrations are and also use it to watch for suspicious usernames.

IP searching is the exact same as in the AdminCP.

Am I missing something here, I would like to get this hack, but I don't see how.
