Erm... can i ask why im not even allowed to express my views?

If you have a problem, maybe you should tell em yourself.
But referring to a BETA won't help you there, as beta is not the sold product and can be heavily changed.

For further claiming Jelsoft unprofessional use the official ways to do it.
