vb/affero hack for reputations and donations
 

The affero system allows your community members to be
recognized for the Authorship of each post they make via ratings comments
and donations made on their behalf. These donations can go to the causes they
care about including your vb board.

The reputation of each individual can follow them to any affero integrated
forum or wherever they interact on the web such as email, blogs and web
pages. For forums, all the community member has to do is join affero and
place their affero username in the Affero box on that bulletin boards
registration/profile page.
