is there a hack to allow links to be submitted to a database, where the links are first emailed to moderators of the database before being approved and posted?

I was searching on behalf of someone else who is licenced so they will download the hack. thanks for the tip though :)

the owner can add your email addres into that form, too, so you can download if they want it so :)
