I need help making a banner.

It's as simple as that, I am not the best when it comes to making graphics. Well, I've tried three different banner versions for http://www.gamingquadrant.com and they simply do not convince me. May someone please help and make a banner for my site? I would appreciate it so very much. Thank you for reading this.
