Unregistered user Posts get auto Ignored, Please help
On my forum I allowed a few forums where unregistered users could reply to news posts. However, after enabling this feature, anybody that isn't registered, their post ends up showing up as ignored. Can somebody help me on how to fix this problem?
Here's an example: http://www.theforumz.com/forumz/show...983#post180983 If there is no other way to help me besides me going through all my files and double checking my hacks (which would take FAR to long) can somebody help me on completely disabling the ignore option and making sure that the unregistered users posts show up normally? They don't show up on anybodies ignore list, so there is no way to take them off. Would there be some MySQL query I could run to fix this problem? When I did a search here at VB.org I did find this thread, but the person never replied to say if those instructions worked or not. Also, I didn't want to completely disable the ignore feature if at all possible, but I will as a last resort. Please help. :( |
This was a bug in an earlier version of vB. The way to fix it is to upgrade.

You sure are running a pretty old version of vBulletin (2.0.3). Might want to upgrade to 2.3.0?
