[FIXED] Private Messages Bug
 
I've just noticed that there seems to be a pretty big bug with private messages here... Right now I have at least 3 new private messages in my inbox, yet it says I have 0 unread and 0 new on the forums index page. There are messages there that I'm sure I haven't read yet, but it shows them as being read. I also have 3 messages that have the [deny receipt] link by them, but when I click on the message or the deny receipt link, the deny receipt link does not go away. It also shows those messages as being read, but I know I haven't read those yet...

It's because they're now marked read because their contents are included in the e-mails you get.

Ahh ok... That makes sense I guess. What about the PMs that have the [deny receipt] link beside them though? Should that link not disappear once the PM has been read?

It was a bug before erwin fixed it, had the same problem on my forums. Just delete them and that "deny receipt" shouldn't appear anymore.

This bug has been fixed. :)

Also, if you get PMs in your emails, the system assumes you have read them.
