Server
at school, i have a server. it has windows 2000 advance server on it. should i use IIS or use apache/php/mysql instead?
which one is easier to put a website online and how do i do that? l8er sonic |
i would use apache, unless you want it for "fun" purposes, then go with IIS which is built in already..
otherwise if your not too familiar with apache installation, php, etc.. then you can always try something like foxserv.net -- its a bundle with apache/mysql/php/etc... self-installing. |
i already have apache/php/mysql installed on my comp.
so it shouldn't be hard to install it. since i don't have a domain yet, i will just install it as localhost, is there a way to change it so it will connect to the domain? l8er sonic |
ne1 else?
