pass the template in the URL?
Would this be a hack or just some simple coding...
I want to be able to pass which template to use in the url and if none are indicated it just defaults to what ever template it supposed to use. Why? I have a search box in my header of a certain template. In order to maintain consistancy I need the search results to remain in the template style the search was made from.... thanks. |
You can insert a hidden form variable to your search box at the top, then change the template/style id in the global.php if that variable is set.

Any idea what the variable is called? Would I have to hack global.php?
