Need some new features..!
 

i am running:

at the moment and i am out of ideas for features i can use on my main page (not really on my forum unless they intergrate!)

i need some excellent features to pull in the members and visitors to my site..

any sugestions at all??

all ideas welcome with URLs (if there hacks!)

oh and i am also using myVbindex on the main Site..

Don't bother with new hacks; instead make your forums a nice community in general and people will come by word-of-mouth and stay because they like the interaction.

You can try a shoutbox and other popular hacks but they tend to increase useless posts. Also install a search-spider hack (one's in my profile, several have been released) so your threads get indexed.

Edit: noticed something else important: add a <title> tag; otherwise your search engine ranking will go through the floor.

Some of the popular hacks are useful (Like the quick reply) but don't go overboard. I'd concentrate on the template side of things more then just adding features. When they are needed you should add them. Like if somebody requests them.
