forum lasterposter info for hidden forums on forumhome
 

hi all,
i have a hidden subforum for which i dont want the lasterposter information to show up on forumhome. anyone know how i have to modyify the index.php?

tina, if it's hidden it won't show up for not permissioned persons on forumhome. :)

if you mean just the subforum is hidden and the parentforum not so it will show up in the parentforum as lastposter index.php can't be modified to fit your problem, you have to edit the update forumpart in newreply.php

gee thanks for you answer. yes, its like you say. the parent forum is not hidden, but the subforum is and on forum home the lastposter information from the subforum shows up.

ok, Ill have a look at newreply. might come back and ask again if i cant find the right place to edit ;)
