Too many forums for starting out. Also the columns for each group of forums don't line up. Also, given that you have no clear target audience, your forums will likely fail (no offense).

And it's kinda plain.

agreed filburt, I have no affiliation with this forum either so no one bother me about it... Also some of the hacks dont work so the forum doesnt completly work right, I would have done things much differently with that forum now that I've had more experiance with vbulletin

It's funny I bought that skin on ravio.com last summer and I recently started using it on my sites again. It's always been one of my favorites. I removed all the hacks though I wouldn't mind getting the shoutbox working since it's included in the templates for that skin.

Yeah but I have the full rights over it thats the difference.

Of course you do, you bought the domain name and the original skin. I have psd's too, I just bought the right to use it on my sites. I managed to buy it the few days that it was on sale at Ravio.
