can't register with duplicate IP's would be a good idea..
 

I'd like a hack that would prevent someone from registering a new account if an account has already been registered from that IP address. you know how vb can be modded to now allow duplicate accounts from the same email? yeah, same thing.

this would make life a little more difficult for those idiots who can't understand the "one account per person" rule that visit my board.

I wanted this too until I wondered about brothers and sisters who wanted their own account
