Page Background Color Transparent?

Possible to have a image as the Page Background Color...Tryed just leaving the space blank so that the <body> background would just show through and that the page background would just be trasnparent but it defualts back to #FFFFFF....Any way to get around this? Is there a hex code for transparency?

no, just remove that bit from the header template.

Not to be a complete noob but where do I find the header tmeplate?

It's the <body> replacement you need to look at. Just remove the bgcolor="hex" attribute from the tag :)

I want it the other way around....I want the body tag background="" in there...Its the Page Background that I want blank...

Yes, but the body tag controls the page background, and the other controls the table background. (Like on default vB, the outside is purple and the tables inside are white. Two different background options)

So it depends what you want changed. Page or Table background.

When you go into edit a template you see the "Main Colors" category....In that category the first option is the "Page Background Color", thats what I want to be trasnparent / blank.

Example:

Then leave it blank?

It defaults to white *#FFFFFF*, as I stated in the original post...

I would like to have the "Category Strip Background Color" Transparent, but everything i have tried is making no difference.
