"Annoucement" Style

In the vB Options you can edit the Stick, Poll, and Moved titles and add colors and bold to them, or whatever you want. However, I have yet to find where I can edit the font color and bold the "Annoucement:" thing anywhere... anyone know how?

In the forumdisplay_announcement template (or something similar).
