Post must be X amount of words long
 
I want to have my forum restrict a minimum # of words (or characters, whichever is easier -- preferrably words) in order to post a reply.

This should take effect on new threads, new reply, and even edit. I know users can just go and type a few nonsense words to surpass this but I'm tired of members just saying

Hi. Welcome.

It's a waste of my database table and just a waste overall. If this hack could be made (or is already out there) I would be incredibly greatful
