Bottom of forumdisplay is too cluttered...Any tips?
 

It just looks unappealing. Any tips to make it more organized?

Now onto your question... I'd put the folder icons in a table with a one px black border with and move the admin option inbetween the forumjump and search box. Then center the forumrules and apply my vB3D template mod to the forumrules template ;)
