Make Your Own Admin CP..
 

Anyone got any tuts or hacks or something for like making an admin control panel but for a different usergroup.
eg for a usergroup say its called Jr Administrators.
This way i can only give them certaint options. eg they have acess to user.php and announcement.php but not other stuff etc etc..
Cause i tried plainly copying and editing files in /admin/ but it was like "Do you speak english?"

and that lesser admin hack by that person.. he didn't upload the required index.php file cause vbulletin.org wouldn't let him attach a .php file.. though it would of been alright if he had put it in a zip. i think his name was hell Satan.

That's because you aren't allowed to post full vBulletin .php files.
If his PM works, ask him to check out the thread and tell everyone the file edits to make in index.php, so that people can use the hack.
