My worthless forum - bstorms

Well, this is my pretty bad board. I did an okay job with the banner and stuff, but it doesn't look so good. I need some comments to make it look better. My best style isn't the default, but i don't know how well it would go with other people. So, any kind of critizism is welcome, i'm open to suggestions.

Thank you

Nice. It's very smooth-looking. The Forum titles look to much like the background though. Maybe if you changed the forum's bgcolor?

Also, you have the moderators of the Forums listed twice: once in the column and once in each Forum's description. I think only one listing is needed.

Also, and I may be biased on this one...But I like the look of having categories split up. Check out the post over at vB.com entitled "Breaking Up The Categories From Eachother" if you want to go through with it:

It looks great! Keep up the good work! :)

- Get new header buttons
- Get a new header
- Make the title normal text instead of ASCII stuff
- remove the purple bg from the admin postbit
- Default purple vB buttons don't really match the style
- Remove those odd dash marks around the outer edge of the news posts
- Get rid of the flame forum :classic:

-The navbar links are horrid, use a different font or something.
-The grey color is a bit too dark for the scheme.
-Header image is too long IMO.
-Flame forum is a bad idea.
-Too many forums for 23 members.

Wow, better critizism than i thought i'd get =). Okay, something messed up. When i saved the navigation images at the top, they got messed up and look really bad, i don't know why. I was bored when i made the flaming forum, it was something to do. Header image is too long? I don't really understand what you mean by that.
I know there are too many forums, but they get requested. I host projects for people, warcraft III projects, and everyone gets a forum. That's kinda what i do.
The moderators listed twice, yes, i know, i was testing something and haven't gotten around to taking it out. I'm a really lazy guy.

Maybe he means the height is too big, and maybe you saved the buttons as JPGs (that usually screws up teh quality).
