Hi ..


When i enable "Notify for New Posts by E-Mail" on my vb 2.3.0, then the users will get the E-Mail notification as follows :

My problem is that the Forums Names are not correctly displayed in arabic characters, but it displayes in a format like #dddd (d is a digit from 0-9).

How to recover from that ??? :(
