[request] Default thread on register
 

Just like the Send default PM to all new registered users hack but with a thread.

Each time someone registers it would create a new thread in a specified forum with a default message and title which can be defined through templates.

I tried to use the same code as the hack I mentioned above but I couldnt get a right query to insert a new thread :P

Anyone mind helping me? Also, as an addon this could also send a default email when they receive a reply to the default thread posted with their name.

If anyone could just show me the query I need to run (or the code) I'd be thankful.

I was just reading about a hack like this made by PPN, but people seem to be getting errors while using it on vb2.2.9+
