Changing the Cursor Icon...

I need to use a crosshair cursor icon instead of the default arrow.
This is possible in HTML, because I've seen websites accomplish it before.
Any ideas how I can do it on my forums?

It's worth having a read around the site btw. I had a look round today and now my current design only has 2 XHTML errors which should be fixed by later ;)
