Announcements on non-vb page
 

Basicly what it says on the tin;
Have your announcements on any non-vb page, so just update your homepage news through vb's admin CP

This hack is simple, i know very little about databases and PHP, but i made this hack for myself and i thought other people might make some use of it.

This is my first mod, so the instructions are little hazy =/

I Can't really offer any support for this because like i said, i know little about databases and PHP.

Any additions to this mod, and/or suggestions would be great!

(i've provided extra codes you can add in the readme, such as avatar, rank etc so you can modifly it to how you need it)

What if the announcement is like 10,000 characters ;)?

Then you're buggered ;)

I'm not advanced enough to put a character limit on it, like i said it's a simple hack ;)

If someone wants to modify it go ahead ^^
