how do you make it so once someone posts something they can't delete it?

I've been having problems with ppl deleting things after they post them starting arguments and then acting like they didnt post it.. how do i make it some they can't delete posts?

I cant find a option in my admin cp...

Can delete own threads NO
Can delete own posts NO
