PM After Moderating Post/Thread

Hi,

Does anyone know of a mod that will allow a moderator to enter an explanation of why they are deleting/moving/edit/etc a post or thread whilst they are doing it and this gets PM'd to the user?

You can just add it to the thread notes and then make the thread notes show up in showthread.
