preg_replace in VBCodes and smilies in thread title

So, I'd like to bring modifications to my hack VBCodes and smilies in thread titles here :

I'd like to remove some unwanted vbcodes such as IMG, URL which could modify your forum or remove the link of the thread ...

What do you advice me ?
To create a specific table in the database to add unwanted vbcodes or directly add the unwanted vbcode into the the preg_replace in each file ?! :ermm:

[img] and url aren't in the DB they are just in the functions.php so you should edit ?t there :)
