How do I set defaults options upon registration?

I want to specify what a users options are by default when they register. So that if they don't change them they will automatically be set to what I set them too. Is there a place where all the options can be viewed and changed?

change them in the registration templates.

registeradult and registercoppa are the templates you will need to change :)
