auto login/registration nearly there
 

on our site when a user registers for our system it passes on registration for vbulletin (automatically), this works great

when user logs in to our site we need it to also login to vbulletin without having to enter seperately

as we already have a username and password which is the same for our site and vbulletin. The password is already md5'd so we want to auto login using the already md5'd password.

anyone out there got a solution??

Thanks for that but that is more cookies after logging in, we need to login to our site and have that authorise us directly for the vb forum, so the user auto logs in when he hits chat

Did you ever find a solution to you auto login. It sounds like I'm trying to do something much the same and could do with some pointers.

Yep this is exactly what i'm trying to do also, and still haven't found a solution anywhere... Can anyone advise?
