Prevent other admins from Editing Forums?

Is there a way to prevent admins from editing boards, such as deleting the boards from the Admin CP? Is there a way to have confirmation of their IP or something so that it matches? Because all these hacks protect against editing Templates and etc, but when I got hacked, the first thing the hacker did was delete my boards... I would be greatful to anyone who does this, I think many others would find this usefull too.

the easiest way is to restrict the normal acp just to userid 1 (edit global.php) and then install the lesser admin cp from hellsatan whcih all others have to use.
