It'd be best to post this in the Hack Requests forum if you're requesting for a hack to do this, because there isn't a hack that does this yet, as far as I know anyways.

Rapdis 04-22-2003 03:22 PM

Yer i know that... can't find how to activate it???

Because no one that posts on my forum gets this e-mail

Gary King 04-22-2003 08:54 PM

Use mailtest.php located in /extras/ in a new vBulletin download to test if your server is able to send emails or not, because this function should be on by default.

Rapdis 04-22-2003 11:14 PM

Hmm, no wonder everyone thinks im a ****, lol...

I can send e-mail to my members via the Admin CP so i assume my server can send e-mails... right?

Gary King 04-22-2003 11:25 PM

Yes, you can then. Check your vBulletin Options for the mail function, it might be disabled on your forums.

Rapdis 04-25-2003 01:59 PM

exactly which option is it in the CP because i can't seem to find it...
