IIRC it means you're out of drive space.

Steve Machol 03-21-2003 11:13 PM

Yes, one or more partitions on your server is out of space. Shut down your forums and contact your web host immediately.

Yeah I got that too once after "copying" my test forum directory instead of "renaming" it... oops!

dayuuuuuuuum, so i just should close it, and tell the host what? [steve]

I'd like to add to that. One of my members just made a new thread, he did'nt encounter any problems.

But when I go to make a new thread I get that ^ error, but the error changes every time I refresh...

maybe only a few numbers of the error change, but it's still a change.

Tell them about this error of course. They need to check the space on the server.

Note, not all actions will cause and out-of-space condition.

Do you suggest a pruning too?

Mystic XL 03-22-2003 05:17 PM

I also noticed that it says board/board instead of just board for the url, it's like.. doubling the URL... :dead:

Steve Machol 03-22-2003 05:37 PM

I have no opinion on pruning since I don't know how large your database is, or the size and structure of the partitions on your server. If you want this fixed, then you meed to contact your host. The longer you wait, the more at risk you are of corrupting your database.
