HM vs VO

ok i've decided to move my forums since my host sucks, really really sucks, but i'm stuck between HM and VO, so i ask you guys, which is the best?

Yeah VO have always come highly reccomended but stuff i've been reading of late makes me worry, while the HM deal is pretty, i've infact emailed both hosts asking about reassurances concerning speed and uptime, so if i get a good response i'll move my forum tonight
