I have Firefly's (I think it's his) hack that gives your users the option to stay inside a thread after they reply or go back to the forum depending on their checkbox and I think it has an option in the users options menu in their control panel also. Well, I think it was around this time and it could have been that hack, but I would like it so that after they reply, that instead of staying in the thread, but going all the way back to the top of the thread, I want it so that after they reply, it goes back down to your post. This way you can check what you have posted. I think it was originally in VB, but I think a hack could have messed it up.

I already have the hack installed that counts posts in a thread, so I think it's just a matter of linking the returning URL to the new post.

Can somebody help me with this or give me an idea of where to start? The more detail the better.

Search around in newreply.php for standardredirect and just edit the second argument to point to the correct URL.
