What is this hack?
~ The solution to all of your problems!
Ever banned an IP address of a banned
member, only to find that a fellow member
or even moderator/administrator is banned too!
This happens because they may be in the same
IP range!
~ This hack will fix this problem for you, it will
add an option to the usergroup options page
in the adminCP.
~ This option is a yes // no button which, when set
to yes means that that usergroup will bypass
the IP ban check, so even if their IP is banned, they
will suffer no consequences!

What does it require me to do?
~ Run 1 query.
~ Make 5 file modifications to [admin/usergroup.php].
~ Make 1 file modification to [global.php].
~ Update the options of your usergroups, setting either
yes or no for the IP bypass.
NOTE: After installing this hack, all usergroups are NOT
bypassed from the IP ban check. If you wish to allow
a usergroup to bypass the IP ban check and its
consequences, you must go to that usergroup's option
page and configure it so they can!
