Probably Something Simple

Hi,

I'm not sure if this belongs here... but here goes.

How do I make all the header backgrounds the same color as the header banners background color? I was doing different schemes, and I put in a picture, and all the headers are one color. I want them to be the color of the pictures BG. Thanks!
