Curiousity, Creating styles without purchasing....
 

I was wondering of there is a way to create styles without purchasing the software.

My friend uses the board, but i have all the graphics programs.


We have been looking, but havent seen any tutorials yet how to actually make them :(

Anyone that can offer some help or links on how to, it would be much appreicated. And if I have to pay the 160 bucks, just to pump out styles, you can bet that wont happen :o

There is no way of doing it. You could it via the admindemo at vbulletin.com but at the click of a button someone can delete all your work.

yeah, but thats still kinda high for poor folk like myself :(

is all the style work done from within the admin panel of the board? if so I can just login his board and do it mebbe, but I still cant find any types of tutorials and such.

It's all done in the admin CP although if you were nuts enough you could make your own .style file. There's no tutorial.

Sorry but beyond that we can't help you until you own/lease a license.

If your friend wants you to do the work, he can sign you up to have access to the various forums where you can get help.

Might have to do that.. Mebbe get my own soon just to have it installable on my comp so I can tweak around with it and what not.

Yeah, our board is all non profit.

Its for our guild in Dark Age of Camelot :(

I guess we can always put 150 or so popups and hope people hit them to make some cash ;)
