newb quest - moving private message block

OK, I did searches, like 30 mins, checking many areas including the Hack database. All I want to do is move the Private Message Block above the posts block on the forums homepage. Could someone please post URL or basic instructions?

I apologize in advance for my cluelessness :confused:

Edit your forum home template and move $pminfo above the forums stuff.
