Uploading
 
Yo...I'm a general for a site right now. We're having a problem. The guy that put our board up for us used his setup for it. He doesn't allow uploading to the board, so we can't have uploading.

Can Some one.....
1)Tell me what I need to do to fix it
2)Give me the template or whatever I need to fix it
3)Give me tips on how to do it.
