Where can I get phpmyadmin???

I need to run quries(sp?) for a couple hacks but I dont really know how.. whats this phpmyadmin thing do and where can I get it??

Not hard at all. In fact it's very user friendly. It isn't all full of good colorful graphics and navigation features, but it gets the job done, and is really fast.
