vb_last_title for 2.3.0

Dear

Im using last title for version 2.28

but now i updated to 2.3 but vb_last_tilte hack only for 2.2.x, not for 2.3

how to add this hack for 2.3?

try to use it.

normaly it should also work with 2.3
