Make your own styles and Templates.

Hey guys.. i am looking into designing my own template/styles for vbulletin/portal and wanted to know how i can go about doing so.. the current style i have is pretty much the colors i have choose in the vbulletin admin section under templates. i wanted to chnage the style of the menu box.. possible add a background picture in the back of the menu boxes. etc. How ould i be able to do this.. is there a program i need to use?

Try looking over at vbulletintemplates.com. Although they have no mods for vbportal you can learn how to use the template system efficiently :)

Hehe thats because they have just upgraded with their vb3 private beta copy and by the looks of things they are having major problems :P
