limit posting in single forum
 
seems that some of my newer members get excited and trying to get their postcounts up post in all the intro threads, i'm wondering if it's possible to make it so you can post a maximum of lets say 20 replies in a specified forum per day?

oh and for it to display a little sarcy message like; "Hi $username, we think you said 'welcome' enough for one day don't you?"
