Best News System to Use?

I am looking for a news system (from opensource to paid) that would allow a number of things...

Categories
Images within article
Users able to submit news and have it queued until approved
Teaser sentence that would be on the home page with "Click for more" to the full story that would take you to the news section.
WYSIWYG editor to write the news articles with

If you know anything that has these or close, please let me know.
