What is going on?

Can anyone tell me what the following attachment means or is of? I found this on my site this morning at my logo. Apparently I have been hacked or something. Anyone know anything about what this is?

If you didn't add that banner then you were hacked. You should feel lucky that they only added the banner. They could have done far worse. Might be time to change all the passwords.

The attachment below is what I get when I go to that URL.

My host had a problem with Apache in the last couple of days and it read "you have been hacked" on their opening page when they finally got it back online. They have been hacked in the past, but this is the first time I have been bothered. The war is on now. I will hunt them down and deal with it in my own way. Plane tickets are cheap compared to what this hacker is in for. And I would rather do it in person.

I changed my cpanel password, but the passwords for the db and FTP can't be changed there. The host has to do it. Or am I missing something? What they did is take my logo (bf2.jpg) and rename it to bf22.jpg and upload the other logo and name it bf2.jpg. Whoever was doing this was just letting me know they were there. Otherwise, like you pointed out, they could have done far worse. But it still deserves the ultimate retaliation imaginable. And I only know one that fits that bill. ;)

Eeech, you've been branded :(

Your FTP password needs to be the same as your Cpanel, so if you've changed it, just change your FTP to match. If someone has access to your cpanel your db passwords won't matter because they can still access your db through phpMyAdmin.
